Oodles of Noodles!

After bread, noodles are probably the most versatile international food. While most noodles are thin and straight, they can be formed into a variety of shapes like waves, tubes, shells, etc. Noodles have been around since 2000 BC, the earliest evidence of which was found in China.

Noodles are typically mixed with other ingredients to add more flavor.  Sometimes it's a sauce or a broth, meats, vegetables, fish, etc. Whatever ingredients someone uses, it's yummy!
