Where can I buy your products?
You can buy our products right here on our Products page. We are also working on selling products in some local shops - we'll keep you posted on that!
How do you ship orders?
We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service and provide the option of First Class or Priority Mail 2-Day. Shipping costs are based on total weight and destination. At this time, we only ship to the United States. First Class and Priority Mail are insured against damage or loss. Priority mail comes with a tracking number which we will provide to you via email. First Class mail does not have a tracking number. Once shipped, First Class orders should arrive to the destination within 3-5 business days. Note: Priority Mail is a flat rate shipment, there is no price difference between the 8"x10" and 11"x14" art print shipments.
When are items shipped?
Items will be shipped within the next two business days from the time you place your order. We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping.
What if my item is damaged in shipping?
Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if your items are damaged and we will process a claim and/or send a replacement. We need to be informed within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged goods or we cannot process a claim. Please keep all the packing materials and merchandise until otherwise instructed. Always inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival.
What kind of payment do you take?
We accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept gift and prepaid cards from any of the above companies.
Do you accept international orders?
We are not accepting international orders at this time (hopefully soon, though!).
Do you charge sales tax?
Massachusetts residents will have sales tax automatically added to their orders. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses outside of Massachusetts.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 110% satisfied with your order and our customer service! We will accept returns of sealed items in original condition and defective products within 14 days of the order date. Please email us immediately at email@example.com to request a refund; include the reason why and your order number. We want to hear from you and learn how we can serve you better and improve our products and services for you!
Refunds will be issued for the item price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes in the same manner the order was paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please send returns to The Artful Educator LLC, P.O. Box 1498, Framingham, MA 01702. Be sure to pack and seal your package securely and, if possible, use your original (or similar) packaging. We recommend you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Packages must be returned prepaid, we will not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. As long as we haven't shipped your items yet, we should be able to make the changes/cancelation. Please include your order number in the email.
How accurate is the online color representation?
We use our best effort to ensure the color of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. The color you see on the computer will depend on your monitor, most of which are not calibrated to accurately display color. Please assume that all products may vary slightly in color from what you see on the screen. If you are an artist, interior designer, etc. who needs to know the exact color of an item, please email us at email@example.com and we will email you the CMYK color code(s) that correspond to the item.
